Activity Overview
Immerse yourself in the serene practice of Shinrin Yoku, or “forest bathing,” with a guided Mindfulness Forest Walk at La Vallee de Ferney, where you will be encouraged to focus on the present moment and fully engage with the sights, sounds, and scents of the surrounding forest. The experience concludes with a calming local tea or medicinal plant ceremony, followed by a relaxing lunch at Ferney Falaise Rouge, allowing you to reflect and integrate the peaceful energy of the forest.

Activity Requirements
Participants should wear comfortable walking shoes, bring water and sun protection, be physically able to walk on moderate forest trails, and maintain a quiet and mindful approach to the environment during the activity.
