Hotel Policies
- Any damage to property will be charged to the guest’s account
- Please do not damage or remove hotel property
- Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after 9:00 PM
- No loud music or parties are allowed after 10:00 PM
- Guests must present a valid ID at check-in
Confirmation Policy
- All bookings made through our platform are subject to availability
- Once your booking request issubmitted, our team will verify availability for your selected dates
- If available, you will receive an email with a payment link within 24 to 48 hours
- Your booking will beconfirmed immediately after payment is received
- If the requested service is unavailable on your chosen dates, we will contact you to proposealternative dates or similar options
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by Pristine Vacations Mauritius
- Cancellation 30 to 21 days before the date of arrival: 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged
- Cancellation 20 to 7 days before the date of arrival: 75% of the total amount of the stay will be charged
- Cancellations made 6 to 1 day before the date of arrival: 100% of booking cost No show: 100% of booking cost Unexpected early departure: No Refund Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 15 working days of receiving written confirmation of cancellation
