Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by Pristine Vacations Mauritius
- Cancellation 30 to 21 days before the date of arrival: 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged
- Cancellation 20 to 7 days before the date of arrival: 75% of the total amount of the stay will be charged
- Cancellations made 6 to 1 day before the date of arrival: 100% of booking cost No show: 100% of booking cost
- Unexpected early departure: No Refund Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 15 working days of receiving written confirmation of cancellation
