Confirmation Policy

- Once your booking request is submitted, our team will verify availability for your selected dates
- If available, you will receive an email with a payment link within 24 to 48 hours
- Your booking will be confirmed immediately after payment is received
- If the requested service is unavailable on your chosen dates, we will contact you to propose alternative dates or similar options
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by Pristine Vacations Mauritius
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in are subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the total booking amount
- Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before arrival are subject to a 50% charge
- Cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival, or in case of no-show, are non-refundable
- Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 14 working days of receiving written confirmation of cancellation
